COATINGS
We are manufacturing all kind of refractory coatings. We have designed specific coatings for different kind of melts like steel, Cast Iron,S G Iron and Non Ferrous. Our coatings are formulated in such a way so that it gives best casting surface finish reduced rework and rejection due to sand related defects. We also produce special kind of refractory coatings suitable for Cyl blocks and head manufacturing.

Our grades of coatings are as under:-
VARITEK
Varitek water based coatings are alumina silicate base. It is best coating in their class. Its enhanced refractoriness, short matting time and application properties gives an edge to the coating and which results into a defect free casting surface. We have developed a series of varitek coatings depending upon several variables like liquid metal type, casting geometry and type of moulding.
VARITEK AN
It is a alumina silicate mixed refractory coating useful for all kind of automotive castings and general purpose castings of SG and grey iron. It can be applied by brushing or dipping. It is also useful for non ferrous castings.
VARITEK CB
This grade is formulated specially for cyl heads and blocks castings. We have achieved best matting time, drying rate and uniform coating due to its specially designed formulation. This coating can also be used on heavy section and intricate casting especially where grinding is not possible. Coating provides veining and scab free casting. This coating can be used in brushing, spraying, flow coat and dripping.
VARITEK NF
It is a low refractory alumina silicate base coating. This coating can be used in CI/SG/Non ferrous castings. It gives excellent surface finish. It is designed for all kind of application method like brushing, spraying and dipping.
ALCOTEK
In this series we produce all alcohol base coatings. We have coatings for heavy steel castings to grey iron casting. We are one of the largest seller of coatings to BHEL haridwar plant. We also designed tailor made coating depending upon the specific requirement of our customers.
ALCOTEK SC73
It is specially formulated zircon base refractory coating used in steel castings and in heavy weight cast iron castings also. It gives a smooth surface to the casting. Its high refractoriness and excellent flammability of solvent gives uniform coverage and fast drying. It also improves the scratch hardness of the mould and helps to give a good surface finish and defect free casting.
ALCOTEK MCP
This coating is designed especially for mould surface. It can be used in green sand moulding or resin bonded sand mould. It gives clean surface and reduced tendency of metal penetration and sand fusion. It can be applied by spraying, brushing and flow coat. Solvent gives excellent flammability and drying properties. We have also a grade in which air drying or heater drying is possible.
ALCOTEK G45
It is a graphite thinner base coating used in cast iron and SG iron castings. It is commonly used in spray and brushing. We used good quality of mineral to strength the refractoriness of the coating.
ALCOTEK GP
It is paste form coating with graphite as a main refractory material. Customers diluted it with thinner at their end.
ALCOTEK MS90
It is magnesite coating used especially in manganese steel castings of all kind. We used high MgO content refractory material and good flammable alcohol. It gives excellent surface finish to the castings. Drying rate is very fast in our coatings.It can be applied in all ways like Dripping/Brushing/spraying.
METAKOTE
Under this series we produce all traditional and universally used coatings. They are basically single refractory material coatings. We produce same refractory coating in all forms like paste, powder and ready to use.
